The Ballad of Dirk Diggler.
"Boogie Nights" is one of my favorite movies, in part because of the music. I wanted to get into Dirk Diggler's head and track his evolution from king of the disco dance floor to washed up wanna-be rocker. Here's the stuff I imagine would be on his "Awesome Mix Tape."
